Chapter Report Guidelines

  1. Chapter reports will be presented orally during a presentation session.
  2. Each chapter's presentation is strictly limited to 5 minutes.
  3. Complete chapter reports must include both a full text and accompanying powerpoint presentation materials. Kindly utilize the provided sample template for the full text of your chapter report.
  4. The powerpoint presentation materials should highlight key activities under each respective heading. Please ensure you use the sample template provided for the chapter report presentation.

  6. The submission deadline for chapter reports is February 20, 2026
  7. Please note there is a high volume of submissions, so when saving your files, use the following format to ensure easy identification:
    • "Your Country - Chapter Report" (for full text)
    • "Your Country - Chapter Presentation" (for powerpoint presentation)
  8. After successful submission on the website, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provide during submission.
