Networking, cultural experiences, and memorable moments throughout the conference
The Welcome Reception will take place on the evening of the conference’s opening day, offer-ing participants a relaxed opportunity to gather after the first day of sessions.
It provides a welcoming setting for participants from around the world to meet, reconnect, and begin exchanging ideas while enjoying informal conversations with colleagues across the global nuclear community.
To enhance the atmosphere, a 60-minute live performance by the JJ Jazz Band will be pre-sented, creating a warm and enjoyable environment for networking and conversation.
The Gala Dinner will be a highlight of the 33rd WiN Global Annual Conference, offering partici-pants an evening of celebration, networking, and cultural experience.
The evening program will also feature a fusion media performance, blending technology, music, and visual arts, followed by an exciting K-Pop performance that reflects the vibrant energy of contemporary Korean culture.
Participants are warmly encouraged to attend in traditional attire, creating a colorful and festive atmosphere while celebrating the diversity of cultures within the global WiN community.
The Gala Dinner will be held across two venues within Hilton Gyeongju: the Grand Ballroom (main room) and the Pine Room. A portion of the seating in the Grand Ballroom will be reserved seating, with remaining seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Closing Ceremony will mark the conclusion of the 33rd WiN Global Annual Conference and provide an opportunity to reflect on the meaningful discussions and connections made throughout the week.
During the ceremony, Outstanding Presentation Awards will be presented to recognize excep-tional contributions to the conference. Participants will also enjoy a lucky draw, offering a fun and memorable moment to close the event.

Designed with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, the lounge will offer an informal setting where participants can continue conversations, build new professional connections, and strengthen collaborations within the global WiN community.
Participants are welcome to visit the lounge during breaks or between sessions to enjoy mean-ingful discussions and networking opportunities.
