- Registration fees

  • - For international participants, payment will be automatically processed in USD.
  • - For Domestic participants, payment will be automatically processed in KRW.
  • - For Presenters, Payment will be processed automatically at the early-bird rate

  • - Students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program are eligible to register under the “Student” category.
  • - Post-doctoral researchers are not eligible for student registration.
  • - A valid student ID or proof of enrollment in English must be presented.
  • ** Student status will be verified on-site only. If the documents presented are insufficient, the registration will be adjusted to the standard attendee rate 


  • - A registration confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail once your registration is completed with full payment. If you haven't received it, please contact the conference secretariat.
  • - Registration won't be completed until full payment of the registration fee is made.
  • - The online registration page is optimized for Chrome and MS Edge. If you have any problems with online registration, please contact the conference secretariat.

  • To cancel your registration, please send a written notice by email to info@2026winglobal.org
  • We can accept a replacement delegate if you are no longer able to attend.
  • All refunds will be processed via transfer after the conference. Please note that registrants are responsible for any bank charges related to the refund.

The 33rd WiN Global Annual Conference, organized by Women in Nuclear Korea, strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and
Communications Network Utilization, and all other relevant privacy protection laws. Your personal information will never be used for purposes beyond those specified, nor will it be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
A. Personal Information to be Collected
For the purpose of participant registration and the provision of related services, the Secretariat of the 33rd WiN Global Annual Conference will collect the following information:

ID (Email Address), Password, Nationality, Title, Full Name (First and Last Name), Affiliation, Department, Position, Special Dietary Preferences, Direct Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number

Through the official website, registration form, fax, telephone, or email
Through information provided by partner organizations and cooperative institutions

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The collected personal information will be used for the following purposes:
- To verify registration, confirm or modify registration details, and deliver important notifications
- For marketing and promotional purposes, including the provision of event information via phone, SMS, email, and direct mail (DM)
To arrange invitations for accompanying persons (where applicable)
To use participants’ likenesses in photographs and videos taken during the Conference for promotional, archival, and documentation purposes, including publication on the official website and social media channels.

Participants’ personal information may be provided to the host institution for the purpose of organizing and conducting the technical tour.

If you do not consent to the use of your likeness, please notify the Secretariat in advance.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information will be retained and used only from the date of registration until the stated purposes have been fulfilled.
Collected information will be securely deleted in the following cases:
When a registration is canceled
When the purpose of collection and use has been achieved
Upon the expiration of the designated retention period
However, specific information will be retained for the periods specified below for the stated reasons:
For responding to participant inquiries: 30 days after withdrawal
For providing information on the Conference and related events: Until the termination of the relevant contract
